How do I join the private beta?+

Request access through the contact page. We invite new shops in small groups, so we can help each one get started.

Is the beta really free?+

Yes. During the private beta you pay nothing for instoor. Your payment provider, Mollie, still charges its own fees per payment.

What happens when the beta ends?+

We email you at least 30 days before. You choose a plan, or you stop and export your data. Nothing is charged without your choice.

Do you take a share of my sales?+

No. There are no transaction fees, not in the beta and not on any paid plan. Payments go straight to your own Mollie account.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. You can stop at any time from your settings, during the beta and after.
