Do I need to know anything about websites?+
No. If you can fill in a form and upload a photo, you can set up your shop. You change products, texts and the look yourself, whenever you want.
How do I get paid?+
Customers pay through Mollie, and the money goes straight into your own Mollie account. instoor never holds your money and takes no transaction fees. Mollie charges its own payment fees.
Can I use my own domain name?+
Yes, on a paid plan. Every shop starts at yourname.instoor.com, and you can connect your own domain later.
Can I sell products and take appointments in the same shop?+
Yes. Your webshop, reservations and subscriptions all live in one shop. Start with what you need and switch on the rest later.
Can my shop be in more than one language?+
Yes. You can translate the content of your shop into several languages, so visitors can read it in theirs.
